D'Arcy to Pemberton: (approx 65 km / 40 miles)

For the past couple of years, largely due to the Highway 99 Improvement Project and the opportunities that represented, the Sea to Sky Trail Team has been focusing our efforts on the southern portion of the route, between Whistler and Squamish.

This year will see the start of the community engagement process to discuss the alignment of the northern portion of the Sea to Sky Trail, to be determined through community input and viability on the ground.

In the 1990s a lot of work was done on the Sea to Sky Trail south of D'Arcy and past Birkenhead Lake. This trail is still used by countless riders and is celebrated annually in Great Explorations' Sea to Sky Trail Ride.
